Sabor de Coco is a Rio Grande do Norte-based company that specialized in coconut and built a lean, creative, and sustainable operation around it. It began by processing dried coconut and, through direct contact with the local market, expanded its portfolio to include products for retail, hospitality, and industry: fresh and dried shredded coconut in various particle sizes, extra-virgin coconut oil, and coconut snacks in recipes like chips with rapadura and chips with cocoa. This evolution was accompanied by a unique production approach, reusing waste and developing technological projects in-house, which earned public recognition and opened doors to new channels.
